By accessing or using any services offered by Leather Zone ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

3. Services Offered

Leather Zone provides the following digital financial services:

• Payout Services: Fund transfers via IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS to beneficiary bank accounts.
• MATM (Micro ATM): Debit card-based cash withdrawals and balance inquiries through portable Micro ATM terminals.
• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System): Aadhaar and biometric-based banking transactions including cash withdrawal and balance inquiry.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

5. KYC & Compliance

All users are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and applicable laws. Leather Zone reserves the right to reject or suspend services if KYC requirements are not fulfilled.

6. Transaction Liability

Leather Zone acts as a facilitator for financial transactions. While we ensure high standards of accuracy and uptime, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by bank systems, network downtime, NPCI infrastructure, or UIDAI server issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use our services for money laundering, financing terrorism, or any illegal activity; attempt to access systems without authorization; misrepresent identity or use fraudulent credentials; or reverse-engineer or tamper with our platform.

8. Fees & Charges

Transaction fees and service charges are as communicated at the time of service onboarding. Leather Zone reserves the right to revise fees with reasonable advance notice to registered users.

9. Refund & Dispute Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with banking partners and payment networks (NPCI, UIDAI) as required for transaction processing; regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by law; and third-party service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Biometric Data

For AEPS services, biometric fingerprint data is transmitted directly to UIDAI for Aadhaar authentication. Leather Zone does not store, retain, or process biometric data on its own servers. All biometric processing complies with the Aadhaar Act, 2016.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.

7. Your Rights
